Camera work and editing analysis

1) Camera Shots:
-Medium close-up: This is when the camera gets closer in on the character and the face and top of shoulders is shown. This has an effect on the audience as it let's the audience get to know the character more and get to know more about the characters facial features.
-Establishing shot: Used to introduce location and set the scene. This has an effect on the audience as it let's the audience know where the scene is set and introduces the location to us.
-Over-the-shoulder: This is when the camera is positioned looking from behind a person at the subject. This has an effect as it shows the audience what the character is looking at/might be having a conversation with a person.

2) Camera Angle
-God's eye view: usually a static angle which captures action from a larger distance. This effects the audience as it shows the audience the action from a larger distance and really captures what's going on.

3) Editing:
    - Cut: This is when a shot changes from one to another. This effects the audience as it shows the contrast between 2 scenes and different settings.
